Ethical conduct and supply
Ethical conduct is a priority for GSK and we are committed to performance with integrity. We have robust policies and compliance processes covering all our operations, including the way we reward our sales representatives, how we market our medicines and vaccines, and how we work with stakeholders.
Our compliance programmes embed the same standards across our business units in different countries. These include our Code of Conduct, which outlines how all employees should apply our Values and Behaviours, and our Global Code of Practice for Promotion and Customer Interactions, which applies to all employees involved in sales and marketing as well as third parties acting on our behalf.
All GSK employees have access to whistleblowing mechanisms that they can use to get advice and to report suspected cases of misconduct - anonymously if required. In exceptional cases, concerns can also be raised directly to the Chairperson of the Audit Committee at: email@example.com

Patients and consumers rely on us to provide an uninterrupted supply of medicines and products, manufactured to the highest-quality standards.
An effective and responsibly managed supply and distribution system is essential for us to get high-quality products to the right places at the right time. If we don’t do this, people’s health may suffer and their lives may even be at risk. To protect the interests of our patients and consumers, we aim to work with responsible suppliers who meet the same quality, social and environmental standards as GSK. Our end-to-end supply chain model is standardising and improving our controls across our entire supply chain and manufacturing operations – from sourcing raw materials and making products to quality controls, packaging and transport to our customers.
We are committed to upholding the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the core labour standards set out by the International Labour Organization (ILO). We are also a signatory to the UN Global Compact, a voluntary global standard on human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
We believe governments have a responsibility to define and enforce a legal framework for human rights in accordance with international laws and agreements. Businesses also have responsibilities. We have direct control over human rights in our own operations and aim to act responsibly across all our spheres of influence which includes our employees, suppliers, local communities and society more broadly.
