Your company has an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Program which is a part of your company’s response to the threat and risk of bribery and corruption. The program includes the ABAC Written Standards, which has been designed to assist internal and external parties to understand corruption risk and identify people’s responsibilities to actively combat both real and perceived corruption. As part of your company’s approach to minimize and manage risk related to bribery and corruption, your company has instituted comprehensive Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy , SOP on Managing Third Party risks, Guidance on External Experts with influence on GSK’s business, Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality Policy and Conflicts of Interest Policy, among other policies and guidance. Further, specific categories of employees and high ABAC risk third parties undergo mandatory training on ABAC periodically. 3. Number of Directors/KMPs/employees/workers against whom disciplinary action was taken by any law enforcement agency for the charges of bribery/ corruption.
